PRE-INSULATED
PIPING SYSTEM
DNE pre-insulated piping system is specially
manufactured under stringent quality control
for the air-conditioning and heating applications.
It is widely used in Refrigerant Piping System,
Chilled Water Piping System and Hot Water
Piping System. DNE Pre-insulated piping system
can withstand a wide temperature range of
between -50ºC to +140ºC
DNE Pre-insulated Piping System comprises
of a pressure tight casing, the required service
pipe and rigid polyurethane foam. The service
pipe is centralised within the outer casing
and the resultant annular space between the
casing and service pipe is machine filled
with polyurethane foam in a homogeneous condition.
